So far we have had a boost in revenues and customer flow at most of the hotels. We are expanding rapidly and are expected to gain ten-fold of increase and such contract acquisitions.
Our work in Logistics and Warehousing is one of our prime requirements at the overseas operation in Africa and India. Our great understanding of the logistics process is being implemented in the USA too, as we have registered new subsidiary “Sky Logistics and Warehouse Inc”. We have owned as well as contracted a fleet of large size haulage vehicles along with a tenacious team of truck drivers. This branch of the business is about to flourish with the rise in demand of cargo logistics. We have acquired this subsidiary from pre-established logistics business, which has good customer base and sizeable expansion is anticipated with time.

Mr Chetan Dave as a CEO made excellent negotiations and decisions for the company in order to obtain glorious hotel management projects like franchise of Holiday Inn Express and Best Western. Ms Aneri as General Manager for the facilities management is doing an outstanding job by managing hotel managers of those 6 hotels and has set an impressive record on revenue generation for the hotels. Mr Dave and Ms Aneri are persistently exploring new projects to handle, while three of company’s own hotels are under construction and approvals. Our objective is to maximize services and minimize expenses, and we use a unique approach to monitor performance and provide in-depth reports and feedback in all areas of operations.
Sky Logistics and Warehouse Inc. is a newly formed logistics branch of Sky Infratech Projects Inc. By using the years of experience of our CEO, this new venture is set to roll out across the mid –west and south. Within USA, logistics has no bounds because of the excellent road network present in the country. The fleet of 8 company owned trucks and 15+ contracted driver owned trucks, we are reaching many clients developing our rapport. Once the operations are well set, we plan to expand our fleet with various types and sizes of trucks or haulage vehicles. We have also two large warehouses which will be utilized for our logistics clients as third party clients for storage as well.

We have incorporated this company, by taking over the operations and assets of The Ambe United LLC, and our newly designated Logistics – General Manager; Pankaj Gajjar is managing the operations. Mr Gajjar has great experience and acumen for logistics which will cater hassle free experience for the clients. We will acquire 15 new Volvo vehicles within next year with the parent company funding, apart from the financed expansion of fleet. We have very professional drivers and will hire more of them in upcoming months. This will help us widen our network and grasp across the North east and other parts of United States.
