Sameer Shah, a successful trade contractor, business owner, Civil Engineer and a Senior Executive who worked in various public agencies in NYC metro region for over last 20 years is appointed as a Project Manager to oversee company's operations and implementation of Projects in New Jersey, Florida and North East Operations. He is responsible to provide leadership in estimating the projects, bidding, signing the contracts, hiring of sub-contractors, procurement of materials, communications with owners, filed operations, and close out of the projects. He is monitoring and leading all the three projects, and also obtaining approvals or permits from departments.

Ramniklal Gajjar, a successful Senior Executive Senior Project Manager and Operations Manager in various large-scale construction companies in various geographic locations of the world for over last 25 years is appointed as financial head of the Company. He is based in Tampa, Florida. His role includes formulation of company policies, identifying new business opportunities, make key decisions with regards procurement and execution of the contracts. He looks after preparing reports as required by law, regulations or company policies Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and procedures.

Pankaj Gajjar, who is a successful business owner in Florida since 2002, is responsible to provide multiple roles in the logistics subsidiary at this time which includes transportation operations, office operations, accounts payable, procurement of vehicles, coordination with various drivers, cash flow and finances, is appointed as Logistics Manager as well as Business Developer of the company. Aneri Dholakiya is a young management professional with good background in hotel management though her family business. She earned her credentials from the famous University of Buffalo. She leads the hotel manager of six hotels currently under her role, where she is the mainly responsible for complying with hotel owners. She reports the financial data and other information to the hotel owners on behalf of company. She also creates marketing policies and performs client outreach. She and the CEO collectively handle brand management.
